Privacy Policy

How Elevate & Automate Consulting collects, uses, shares, and protects information from visitors and clients.

Effective date: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Elevate & Automate Consulting, LLC ("EAC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit elevateautomatehq.com (the "Site"), submit a form, or engage our services (the "Services"). This Policy is a disclosure of our practices. It describes what we do with information so you can make informed decisions about what you share with us.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a website form (including forms embedded from our CRM and forms platform), purchase a service, or communicate with us, we may collect contact details (such as name, email address, business name, and phone number), business and project information, intake responses, and the contents of your communications and any documents you share.

Payment and transaction information. Payments are processed by third-party payment platforms and processors. We receive transaction information such as confirmation status, amount, and payment method type. EAC does not store full payment-card numbers on its systems.

Information collected automatically. The Site and embedded third-party services may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, and may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies as described in Section 8.

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Email Communications

We send several kinds of email, and they are governed differently:

4. Text Messages (SMS)

EAC sends text messages only to individuals who separately and expressly consent to receive them. Submitting a general website form or purchasing a service does not, by itself, authorize marketing text messages. If you enroll in a texting program, you may opt out at any time (for example, by replying STOP), and message and data rates may apply.

5. AI-Assisted Tools

EAC may use software and AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, documentation, workflow design, or service delivery. EAC remains responsible for its use of those tools, and information is shared with such tools only as reasonably necessary for the applicable work. Please do not submit regulated or highly sensitive information through public website forms; see Section 6.

6. Sensitive Information and Restricted Data

Public website forms and ordinary email are not approved channels for submitting: passwords or access credentials; full payment-card numbers; Social Security numbers; bank-account credentials; protected health information; classified information; Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); Federal Contract Information requiring protected handling; export-controlled technical data; sensitive agency, procurement, personnel, or security information; or any information subject to a specialized security requirement, unless EAC has expressly approved a secure transfer method. Where an engagement requires protected handling, secure access or document-transfer procedures will be established separately.

7. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that support our operations, in each case only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Provider categories include: website hosting, security, and content delivery; CRM, forms, and communications platforms; payment platforms and processors; and business productivity and email services. We may also share information with professional advisers (such as legal, tax, and accounting professionals), with authorities when required by law or legal process or to protect rights and safety, and with parties to a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site and embedded third-party services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies for security, form functionality, payment processing, fraud prevention, performance measurement, and aggregate analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain technologies may affect Site functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, based on operational needs, accounting and tax requirements, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

EAC primarily serves businesses, government contractors, public-sector organizations, and professional contacts. Depending on your state of residence and the capacity in which you interact with us (for example, personal or household capacity versus a business or professional capacity), you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, which can include the right to access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of certain processing. Where such laws apply, we honor those rights as the law requires. As a matter of practice, EAC also reviews reasonable privacy requests from business and professional contacts even where a statute may not strictly require it.

To make a privacy request, email contact@elevateautomatehq.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete that information.

13. International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Policy on this page, and for material changes we may provide additional notice where practical. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
